Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order.

Damaged or Incorrect Products | المنتجات التالفة أو الخاطئة
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

We may request photos or videos for verification purposes.

Refund Process | آلية استرداد المبلغ
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
بعد استلام وفحص المنتج المرتجع، سيتم إشعاركم بحالة طلب الاسترداد.
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
سيتم إعادة المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال 5 إلى 10 أيام عمل.
Shipping Costs | رسوم الشحن
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Order Cancellation | إلغاء الطلب
Orders may only be canceled before they are shipped.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
